Ever had amazing friends and family - who you love dearly - but then forget they exist for 6 months due to well… life?
It’s a constant for me. My friends are all independent introverted people. A year could go past, and the time be an inconsequential nuisance for our relationship.
Thing is… Time is happening. Change is happening.
And while the connections will not falter - why wouldn’t I endeavour to remember they exist?
This is where my WonderSpark Human Connection comes in.
I collect moments of human connection recognising patterns to help create more moments.
Ways I connect with friends.
Sending memes and links - Pebbling!
Calling them - reaching out.
Asking for feedback and their opinion. (I once read if you ask a person to do you a favour, and they do, your connection strengthens. They associate you with doing a positive thing).
Taking notice of their quirks (& noticing when they get mine! <3 at being seen)
In the comment section is a curation of Human Connections I am collecting. :D
Pebbling - The act of sharing little moments.
A phone call to a friend you know can handle your faults, who can laugh with you about the personal growth yet to come - then actively support the adventure...
